What is your brand voice? Help your audience understand what you stand for!

What does your brand voice tell your audience about you? Can you really say that you have one? This is one of the first things we identify in our brand assessment. The results are surprising in some cases, to say the least.

Interestingly, we often discover that many businesses and individuals building out their personal brands haven't defined or created a distinct brand voice. Businesses often only describe what they do and provide a basic checklist of what they offer. Individuals do the same or focus solely on their educational or professional accomplishments.

While these things certainly can separate you from others, the flow of your messaging has to be definitive in establishing the personality of your brand. Without a distinct brand voice, your message will likely sound just like anyone else who provides the services or products you offer.

What are the values and personality of your brand? Are you effectively and consistently displaying this through all of your communications? If you are that's great and your business likely reflects that through the loyalty your tribe is showing you.
